YouthVoices

YouthVoices

GroundTruth is inviting millennials from around the world to share their experiences with employment and entrepreneurship. YouthVoices is a pioneering digital storytelling platform created by The GroundTruth Project and the Global Center for Youth Employment, with support from RTI International, the Ford Foundation and the MacArthur Foundation.

The YouthVoices initiative puts young people at the center of the conversation on youth unemployment. Amplifying the voices of youth has the power to inform policymakers, compel public action and ultimately connect more young people to jobs. This effort will also form a database for qualitative research on youth and employment.

A panel of judges will select top entrants in June and pair them with emerging international journalists to develop their submissions for publication with GroundTruth publishers like The Atlantic, ABC News/Fusion, Huffington Post, PRI’s The World and PBS NewsHour.
